Through the Food Safety Officer Recruitment 2025, the Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC) provides a good opportunity for candidates who have a complete Graduation, post-graduation, or Doctoral degree in Food Technology or a relevant stream to secure FSO posts in the state. The selection process includes the written exam and Interview.
Eligibility:
Candidates must have completed a Graduation or post-graduation or Doctoral degree in Food Technology or Dairy or Biotechnology or Oil Technology or Agricultural Science or Veterinary Science or Bio-Chemistry or Microscience or Chemistry or Medicine from a recognized University.
Age Limit:
Minimum Year – 21 years
Maximum Year – 40 years
Selection Process:
Written Exam – The MPPSC will conduct the OMR-based examination to shortlist candidates for the Interview. The written exam will consist of objective-type questions for a total of 400 marks.
Interview – In the interview process, candidates’ overall suitability for the Food Safety Officer posts will be evaluated. The final selection will be done on the basis of total marks obtained by candidates in written examination and interview.
Salary:
The selected and appointed candidates for Food Safety Officer (FSO) posts will receive the salary on the pay scale of Rs. 36200/- to Rs. 114800/- and other admissible allowances as applicable. Along with salary, candidates will be provided a dearness allowance and other allowances as per the orders issued by the state government.
