The National High-Speed Rail Corporation Limited (NHSRCL) is a special-purpose vehicle (SPV) established by the Government of India to implement the High-Speed Rail (Bullet Train) projects in the country. It was incorporated in 2016 under the Companies Act, 2013, and is responsible for designing, developing, constructing, and operating high-speed rail corridors across India.
