Grade & Pay Scale: Grade D, ₹90,000 – ₹2,40,000 per month
Age Limit: Maximum age of 37 years (39 years with relaxation) as of 10/03/2025
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Fire & Safety Engineering or any branch of Engineering with a minimum of 65% marks
OR a Master’s Degree/Diploma in Industrial Safety/HSE with a minimum of 60% marks
Experience: Minimum of 9 years of post-qualification work experience, with at least 4 years in Offshore HSE
Selection Process: Personal Interview (PI) and Pre-Employment Medical Examination (PEME)

Key Responsibilities:

HSE Management: Oversee the development and implementation of HSE policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all engineering designs and operations adhere to industry regulations and safety standards.

Project Oversight: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive project completion, ensuring technical precision and adherence to safety protocols.

Team Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams, promoting continuous improvement and innovation in HSE practices.

Incident Investigation: Lead investigations into HSE incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Training and Development: Conduct HSE training sessions for staff to enhance awareness and compliance across all levels of the organization.

Qualification & Experience:

Educational Background:

Bachelor’s Degree in Fire & Safety Engineering or Fire Engineering (minimum 4 years) with at least 65% marks.
Alternatively, a Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering discipline (minimum 4 years) combined with a Master’s Degree/Diploma in Industrial Safety/HSE (minimum 2 years) with at least 60% marks.

Professional Experience:

A minimum of 9 years of post-qualification experience in handling HSE issues within the Oil and Gas industry.
At least 4 years of this experience must be in offshore HSE roles.

Desirable Certifications:

International Technical Certificate in Oil and Gas Operational Safety (IOG) or International General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety (IGC) from NEBOSH.
Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor certification under ISO 45001:2018.
BOSIET (Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training).
Helicopter Underwater Escape and Sea Survival Training (HUET).
