Responsibilities:
- Review content and provide resolution based on prescribed guidelines.
- Recognize trends and patterns and raise issues timely.
- Provide insights to help improve support to users.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of processes and policies.
- Provide excellent customer service to customers.
- Work a 24/7 schedule with alternating shifts, reviewing online content that may be highly sensitive in nature (e.g., graphic violence, self-harm, child abuse, hate speech).
Qualification:
- Minimum Requirements:
- Any Graduate (except Law)
- Freshers are eligible
- Fluent in English
Preferred Qualification:
- Effective probing and analytical skills
- Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach
- Ability to work on a flexible schedule, including weekend shifts
