Responsibilities:

  • Review content and provide resolution based on prescribed guidelines.
  • Recognize trends and patterns and raise issues timely.
  • Provide insights to help improve support to users.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of processes and policies.
  • Provide excellent customer service to customers.
  • Work a 24/7 schedule with alternating shifts, reviewing online content that may be highly sensitive in nature (e.g., graphic violence, self-harm, child abuse, hate speech).

Qualification:

  • Minimum Requirements:
  • Any Graduate (except Law)
  • Freshers are eligible
  • Fluent in English

Preferred Qualification:

  • Effective probing and analytical skills
  • Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach
  • Ability to work on a flexible schedule, including weekend shifts
