The IIFCL Projects Limited (IPL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of India Infrastructure Finance Company Limited, has released a recruitment notification for 8 Officer positions in Grade A (Assistant Manager) and Grade B (Manager).
Educational Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a Graduate or Postgraduate degree in any discipline. Preferred qualifications include MBA, PGDBM, B.Tech, CA, CWA, or LLB
Experience:
Manager (Grade B): Minimum of 7 years of experience, with at least 2 years in areas such as Financial Advisory, Project Finance, PPP Structuring, Public Procurement, or Legal Advisory
Assistant Manager (Grade A): Minimum of 2 years of experience in Financial Institutions, Commercial Banks, or related fields.
Age Limit (as of March 31, 2025):
Manager (Grade B): Maximum 40 years
Assistant Manager (Grade A): Maximum 30 years
Salary & Benefits:
Manager (Grade B): Starting basic pay of ₹55,200 per month
Assistant Manager (Grade A): Starting basic pay of ₹44,500 per month
In addition to the basic pay, employees will receive allowances such as Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Grade Allowance, and other benefits as per company policies.
Selection Process:
Online Examination:
Test I: Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, English Language, and Current Affairs (Financial Sector)
Test II: Domain Knowledge (Finance, Infrastructure, etc.)
Interview: Technical and Behavioral assessment
Final Selection: Based on combined scores from the online examination and interview
Job Location:
The positions are pan-India, and selected candidates may be posted at any location across the country.
